Detached house constructed around 1936, consisted of ground floor and first floor with a second smaller house attached to its back side. It is also consisted of ground floor and first floor. It has been characterized as one of the historic listed buildings of Athens by the department Ministry Structure of the Ministry of Culture and Sports.

It is located at the crossroad of Pirronos and Proairessiou st. at the area of Mets.

It was fully renovated in 2001 according to the laws for the historical buildings and all the bathrooms were re-renovated in 2009. Every renovation was based on the layouts and study of a well-known designer.

The attached building, which interconnects with the main building, can be used as a second house or business office. In the past, it was used to accommodate the stuff and there was located the kitchen of the mansion.



MAIN BUILDING
Ground floor 95.60 sqm:
At the ground floor there is a big living room – dining room area with fireplace, a guest room with big closet covered with mirror, a big hallway, a separate dining room, the kitchen and a guest bathroom fully equipped with shower. The guest bathroom is covered (walls & floor) with beige marble.

Construction
At the mansion, the floors everywhere are covered with oak hardwood floor except from the bathrooms where the floors are covered with beige marble. The ceilings were renovated according to the original design of the plaster of the mansion. Every internal hardwood work such as wardrobes, heater covers, air condition covers etc of the house are in perfect condition.

Doors & Windows – Safety
All the doors inside and outside as well as the windows are renovated according to the rules of the historic listed buildings maintaining the original design of the building. The main entrance and the secondary one are both security doors maintaining the original design at their front view. Every window has fixed rails for safety and at every balcony door are placed sliding iron doors. The building disposes its own alarm system with sensors and cameras.
